Phu Quoc Island

Combining raw natural beauty, cultural depth, and modern comforts, Phu Quoc is the ideal setting for switching off, pushing yourself, or finding your next adventure. There is plenty to do for all age groups!

On-site Accommodation

Our programme offers both on-site and off-site accommodation. The on-site accommodation combines comfort and simplicity. Each private suite features a double bed, a mini fridge, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an ensuite bathroom.

On-site package inclusions:

• 7-night accommodation, Sunday to Sunday
• Welcome dinner
• Baseline assessment with Personal Trainers
• 2 meals per day (6 days a week)
• Four weekly 1-to-1 Personal Training Sessions
• Access to all group classes
• Ice Bath & Sauna (3 times per week)
• 3 massages per week

Off-site Accommodation 

For a touch of luxury, stay at the 5‑star Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay, famous for its incredible sunsets. It’s close to the island’s top attractions — from VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari to golf, Starfish Beach, and the casino. Perfect for solo travellers, friends, or families, and only a 10‑minute cab ride from Nova Fitness Retreat.

Off-site package inclusions:

• 7-night accommodation at the 5-star Crowne Plaza, Sunday to Sunday, B&B
• Welcome dinner
• Baseline assessment with Personal Trainers
• Four weekly 1-to-1 Personal Training Sessions
• Access to all group classes

Group classes

The fitness classes are built for performance and progression. Classes you can choose from include Cross-training, Strength & technique, Spin, Functional bodyweight circuits, Hyrox, Muay Thai, Guided mobility and recovery sessions, Breathwork, mindfulness, and nature-based reflection. All led by world-class trainers who care about progress, not perfection. Yes, you’ll train hard. But you’ll also hike jungle trails, kayak to the ocean, and recover like a pro.

Typical Itinerary

Sunday – Arrival and check-in – Welcome drinks and dinner with Victor Ubogu

Monday – Goal setting, baseline assessments (weight, fitness benchmarks), weekly calendar set with PT

Monday – Saturday – Daily training sessions, structured programming

Sunday – Check out or extend your stay. (Contact us for an itinerary to extend your stay, visiting other parts of Vietnam and neighbouring countries)
